Ladies and Gentlemen, we have a winner….

And it is Mel Ramsey. Mel is a winner all around, regardless of the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge. She has taken on her goals with absolute commitment. She started first with group training classes. Then, she added personal training. Then nutrition. Then MyZone. Now, she’s joining us for the December 10th Spartan Sprint. She’s doing it all and it’s showing in her results.

And just this weekend she set a Personal Record in a half-marathon.

In her own words…

“The 28 Day Challenge was the best nutrition experience I’ve ever had. The challenge forced me to really look at my lifestyle, diet and exercise habits. I am a vegan and just because I thought I was eating healthy didn’t really mean that I actually was eating healthy. Having the structure of this challenge and the accountability was HUGE for me. The tools that I was provided made it possible for me to get into a routine so I didn’t actually feel like I was dieting. I never felt hungry, I never thought about giving up and I never thought about having a cheat day. In 28 days, I lost 12 lbs and 9.5 inches off of my whole body, 5 of those inches from my stomach (which is pretty awesome!!!).

Now, I am able to take the new habits that I have created and apply them moving forward into the Lifestyle nutrition coachingprogram. I realize that I don’t want to eat or snack like I was before because I finally have some structure and I have the satisfaction of knowing how hard I have worked to be in the best shape of my life.

I recommend the 28 Day Challenge to anyone who is having a hard time losing weight, anyone who has tried a million diets but cant seem to stick with them or anyone who just wants to live a healthier life. It really works!”
