Do you need a KICK START? If so, we have one for you. Our thrice-annual 28 day KICK START is back and it’s getting better and better each and every time we do it.
Formerly known as the TakeDown Challenge, the program has now been renamed the Balanced Habits KICK START (same exact program, different brand name) and registration opens next week!

What can I expect to gain….or lose?
The 28 Day challenges we’ve been running three times a year have proven to be incredibly effective for getting people significant results. Our participants typically drop up to 12 to 24 pounds and as much as 10% body fat while retaining lean muscle and learning a science-based, healthy way to approach nutrition.
This isn’t a crash diet. This isn’t a gimmick. We teach you healthy nutrition principles for lasting results. And we support the heck out of you along the way!
When is it?
Here are the relevant dates:
Jan 16th and 17th from 8-10am and 5-7pm are the initial weigh in days.
Mandatory Orientation is January 20th at 6pm.
Weekly weigh ins every Friday and Saturday from 8-10am.
Final weigh in is February 17th and 18th from 8-10am.
Mandatory Awards ceremony is February 19th.
