I know it can be hard to stay on track over the summertime with the kids out of school and vacations planned. But you don’t have to let this interrupt your training and your progress! Here are 4 awesome workouts you can do in your hotel room, living room or on the beach, so you can stay in shape when it’s tough to make it into the gym.
