It’s a great thing to see someone make progress on their health and fitness goals. It’s even better so watch couples do it together.
Having that built-in support network is critical for long-term success and we are so proud of what James and Denise have accomplished! Here is a summary of James’ experience:
“I hit “midlife” and man, was I in a crisis! I was gaining 5 to 7 pounds with every passing year. My wife asked if I wanted to do the Kickstart program with her and I was finally sick and tired of being out of shape, so I agreed. With the support of my wife, the other members and especially the coaches, I was able to drop 19 pounds in my first Kickstart!
I have more work to put in, but going down 3 belt sizes (so far!) has made it all worth it. And there is no doubt in my mind that if I can make it to class and do my best, then so can you. Give Arena a try!”

“I was referred to Arena Fitness by a friend. My goal was to find a place that would inspire me to come back on a weekly basis. I had always been very active but found myself this past year being quite lazy about my fitness routine.Arena Fitness was just about to start a program called Balanced Habit 28 day challenge. It was the perfect way to kick off my new fitness program. For 28 days I had to monitor my food intake and how many times a week I was working out. It was the perfect way to get me back into the gym and mind conscious on my fitness goals.
I loved it! I loved the program and I loved the coaches. They are extremely professional, well educated & very supportive. I was so happy with the results of the 28 day challenge that I ended up joining the gym as a member. I really enjoy all of the classes, the people & the coaching staff. It was a great choice.”
