At Home Warm Up Video

If you are exercising at home, make sure you are preparing your body before launching into a workout! Here is a simple warm up that just about anyone can do before embarking upon an exercise routine. You will see three examples of a warm up here:

  1. Joe, in the center, will be demonstrating the basic warm up
  2. Will, on the right, will be demonstrating “progressions,” more advanced versions of the exercises that Joe is demonstrating
  3. Alina, on the left, will be demonstrating “regressions,” more simplified versions of the exercises that Joe is demonstrating

As always, make sure to consult with your physician before engaging in an fitness program to make sure you are cleared for general exercise.
