Our 28 Day KICK START begins in September! It is an amazing 28 day weight loss challenge, but it is so much more than that! It is our way of teaching and coaching you so that you LEARN the nutrition and exercise skills you need to sustain and maintain fat loss and lean muscle!
If you have 5 to 20 pounds of FAT to lose, want to add or maintain lean muscle, learn how to manage your nutrition and KICK START your program in the right direction, this is for you!
Here is a list of what’s included in the KICK START:

Here are the relevant dates:
- Free week of training for non-members and upgraded week of training for members begins SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 9TH (both locations)
- Initial weigh-ins are MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 11TH AND TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 12TH, from 8am – 10am and 5pm – 7pm (Encino only)
- Mandatory Kick-Off meeting in Encino is FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 15TH at 6PM (ENCINO ONLY)
- Mandatory weekly weigh ins are Fridays and Saturday between 8am and 10am starting FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 22ND and SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 23RD (both locations)
- Mandatory Awards Ceremony SUNDAY, OCTOBER 15TH at 11am(ENCINO ONLY)
