Summertime is officially here!

The lazy days of summer are finally here! I can tell, because, while walking to the coffee house at 7am I worked up a sweat!

I remember, as a kid, hand-cranking the ice cream maker for hours on end to create a soupy but delicious dessert. It was amazing, but not the healthiest treat in town.

I’d like to point you in a healthier direction!

This delicious parfait recipe is from our 28 Day KICK START, which we do 3 times per year (the next one is in September). People often think of it as a 28 day weight loss challenge, but we think of it as 28 days of coaching you on how to improve your nutrition habits in a long-term and sustainable way!

I hope you love this red, white and blue treat as much as I do!

**If you cannot find Dannon Light & Fit® Greek Yogurt, look for a brand with the lowest sugar-carb count you can find in the same flavors-colors.

**If you cannot find Grape Nuts® cereal, find any crunchy type cereal that you can that won’t get too soggy when wet.
