With summertime here and the temperatures rising, it’s nice to have some cool, healthy and delicious treats that can be made easily. I love ice cream, too. Unfortunately, you can’t live on ice cream alone! So, try this great alternative and stay fit while not having to skip dessert!

Pro Pops
Make at least 45 minutes before you wish to enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 cups Plain Low Fat Greek Yogurt
2 scoops Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
2 cups Frozen Berries
1/2 cup Amber Agave Nectar
3 oz. Paper Dixie –type cups
Wooden Popsicle Sticks
Directions:
Step 1: Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until just combined.
Step 2: Pour ingredients into cups, insert sticks. Freeze. Best if they freeze for at least 30 minutes.
