Linda Samson, who does group training in Northridge with us, burned an extra 31,150 calories of fat during the challenge! That’s a clear and remarkable demonstration of commitment to success!

In her own words:

“The kick start program was the challenge that I needed to attain my weight management goals and lay the foundation to transition to sustainable eating habits.
I had been working on my weight management for over a year and was looking for a fitness facility that was a good fit when I joined Arena Fitness in December 2016.  I quickly became hooked on the group classes with Will at Northridge. As just about everyone in 6 am crew signed up for the Kick Start, I thought it could be just the thing to get me to my weight loss goals and transition to a nutrition maintenance plan.  That decision turned out to be the game changer for me.
All the components of the Kick Start program; the eating plan, the recipes, the pack and go list, and the conversations with the other participants made it easy to understand what, when and how much I needed to eat.  The program was easy to follow, but it was the constant support and encouragement from the entire Arena Fitness team that gave me the push I needed to achieve my goals. 
I feel great and I am excited to move to the next phase of the program to refine my eating habits and fitness regimen for a sustainable, healthy, and fit me!”
