Full Body At-Home Workout

10 Push Ups

5 Burpees

10 Tricep Dips

5 Burpees

20 Squats

5 Burpees

20 Second Wall Sit

5 Burpees

30 Second Plank

Cycle through this as many times as you can for a great day’s worth of movement! Treat your body right. Daily movement is like a full-body vitamin.
