Persistence pays off…
Weight doesn’t just fall off on it’s own. You have to have a plan and put in the work. It comes off bit by bit. Kathy is a perfect example of what following the plan can create. Nutrition and fat loss go hand in hand, and by following our Lifestyle nutrition coaching program, she has been able to adopt long-term, sustainable habits to shed fat and keep it off.
Her game plan:
Kathy’s primary exercise approach is our group training in Encino, followed by some semi-private personal training sessions, being a MyZone heart rate monitoring enthusiast, and topping it all off with ongoing nutrition coaching and supplementation. In addition, she understands and embraces the importance of having the right mindset for success, and has read many of the books we have recommended on the subject.
