Danny has been group training with us for a long time now, running races, he’s part of the family. But he did a GREAT JOB in the 28 Day TakeDown Challenge, losing 15 pounds and almost 5% body fat in one month!

“I had an amazing experience doing the TDC. It taught me a lot about portioning and control. It surprised me to see there wasn’t any restrictions to what I can eat just as long as I portion it. I was teaching my body how to use the food as fuel and not for pleasure. During the day I never felt fatigued or hungry. I was more hydrated than ever, which made me feel even better. I am very happy that I took the TDC and now my life is on the right track. I will be eating like this for the rest of my life.”
