Oh, no! Not another “cleanse” or “detox!”
When I hear that someone is going on a “cleanse” I practically crack a molar.
It’s not that “cleansing” is a bad thing, it’s just that most “cleanses” are stupid.
They’re gimmicky, unnatural and not rooted in science. And they prey upon people’s need for an immediate fix!
Here’s the reality; the best way to “DETOX” is not to “TOX” in the first place. It’s that simple.
If you don’t want pollution in your body, stop polluting it. If you take this approach, over time your body will clear out the nonsense naturally and you can replace it with healthy stuff.
I don’t want to belabor this point, the whole concept is elegantly simple:
Fill your body with healthy stuff and you’ll very likely be healthy. Fill it with crap and you’ll feel and function like crap.
