It’s time for the TakeDown!
We are so excited to announce the start of the TakeDown Challenge on September 16th! Early bird registration is open and we are offering the best TDC package we’ve ever offered!
What is the TakeDown Challenge?
The 28 Day TakeDown Challenge is a complete nutrition and training program that historically yields an average loss of 12 to 24 pounds and 5% to 10% body fat for participants.
What is is NOT:
- A “diet”
What is IS:
- A complete nutrition plan that teaches balanced meals, proper portion sizes and how to effectively space out your meals throughout the day for maximum results
- A coaching program in which you meet weekly for weigh-ins, journal checks and measurements to keep you on the right track and TEACH you nutritional behaviors that will last!
- Includes up to 60 or more recipes, grocery lists and more
- Includes membership to our private Facebook group page for social support and answers to any and all questions you have on a daily basis
- Includes training (depending upon when you register)!
- Monday, September 12th and Tuesday, September 13th between 8am to 10am AND 5pm to 7pm in ENCINO ONLY
- Friday, September 16th – 6pm in ENCINO
- Every Friday or Saturday between 8am and 10am in ENCINO ONLY
- Must weigh in and present food journal to qualify for recipes
- Thursday, October 20th at 6pm in ENCINO
- Make sure to plan out your schedule to attend ALL OF THESE EVENTS! You must attend all events in order to qualify for prizes!
