Old School 300 Workout!
Pick 6 of your favorite excercises and do 50 reps each. ?Any combination works; just be sure to vary the target muscle from one exercise to the next so you don’t exhaust any one muscle group too quickly.

Box Jumps
Push Ups
Burpees
Sit Ups
Squat Jumps
Pull Ups (25 reps)
