An oldie but a goodie with an evil twist!
The Rules:
Pick 5 of your favorite exercises and start of by doing 10 repetitions of each exercise. With every completed round eliminate a rep till you are only doing 1 repetition of each exercise. Once you hit 1 and complete the round, start to go back up with 2 repetitions, then 3 and so on till you get back up to 10 repetitions.
Finish this monster workout with a 5K run and you got yourself a great workout.
Here’s a sample workout:
- Jumping Jacks
- Squats
- Push Ups
- Leg Thrusters
- High Plank Kick Outs
Have fun and train safe. Remember to cool down with your favorite stretches and yoga poses (and maybe some of your least favorite stretches).
