Last week’s workout featured dumbbells, but sometimes you need to go back to the basics. Post your rounds and set the bar high. Post it on our Facebook page and lets see who’s going to make the “Beast of the Week” think twice about their honored position! Maybe you’ll be Beast of the Week if your score is high enough! 20 minute run warm-up

AMRAP (as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes)

  • 5 Pull-ups
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Squats
