20 Double Unders with a jumprope

(2 revolutions, 1 jump; no jumprope? 40 hops!)

25 Game Day Push ups

(Hands off the ground on every rep)

20 Toes to Bar

(No bar? Lay on your back and sit up to touch your toes)

30 Kettlebell Swings

(No Kettlebell? Use a dumbbell)

30 Squat to Press

(Use 30lbs for men and 20lbs for women)
