Race Day is almost here!!! Try this workout in preparation for the Gladiator Run on the 25th! Let’s go Team Arena!
Every Mile for 6 miles stop and do this conditioning routine.
10 Burpees
10 Long Jumps
10 Push Ups
10 Lunges
10 Jumping Jacks
Run!!!
If you don’t have the ability to measure a mile, run for 10 minutes and stop for the routine. Do this for 6 sets and you have yourself a great workout. See you on race day!!!
