It’s the best week of the month: Sprint Week! It’s time to put your pedal to the metal and show off all the technique and work you’ve been doing! Grab a pair of 12-15 lb. weights for females and 25-30 lb. weights for males and bust through this circuit.
1st Round- 20 reps each
2nd Round- 15 reps each
3rd Round- 10 reps each
- Push Up to Leg Tuck
- DB Step Back Lunges to Over Head Press
- DB Standing Shoulder Press
Run for a quarter mile or for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Rest 1 Minute maximum in between rounds.
Train hard but always train smart. Finish this off with your favorite ab exercises, stretches, and yoga poses.
