WARM UP:
100 Jumping Jacks
10-15 minute Jog
MAIN SET:
100 Burpees
50 Air Squats
10-30 Pistol Squats/Single Leg Squats (each leg)
10-30 Pull Ups
5 x 25′ Bear Crawls
Run for 10-15 minutes to cool down. Rest and stretch for 10 minutes.
