Burpees, and squats, and pull ups, oh my!

Hang on to your hat, Dorothy; we’re not in Kansas anymore.

WARM UP:

100 Jumping Jacks

10-15 minute Jog

squats

MAIN SET:

100 Burpees

50 Air Squats

10-30 Pistol Squats/Single Leg Squats (each leg)

10-30 Pull Ups

5 x 25′ Bear Crawls

Run for 10-15 minutes to cool down. Rest and stretch for 10 minutes.
