Just Run This Week

Challenge of the week: to run for 60 minutes. Go outside or run indoors. If you are just starting to run, then you will want to interval your 60 minutes into 5 minutes walk 5 minutes run. Have fun and let’s build that endurance up!

Also be aware of your stride and the sound of your foot striking the ground. No one should hear you run and your cadence should be a fast 1,2,3 count (musicians: like triplets). The shorter your stride the less impact you will have on your body. Have fun and be safe.
