Stay full for hours with this amazingly delicious breakfast. The fiber from the whole-grain bread, mixed with the protein from the egg and those good fats from the avocado will keep you feeling satiated and energized to rock your training session or your long day at work.
- 2 slices gluten-free or whole grain toast
- 1 avocado
- 1 wedge lemon
- sea salt
- 2 fried eggs
- 1 tomato, sliced
- salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
- Mash avocado with juice from lemon wedge and sea salt to taste. Spread on top of toast. Top with fried egg and fresh tomato slices. Season with a little salt and fresh ground pepper.
