Pearfect Salad!
Dressing Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. Shallots, minced
2 1/2 Tbsp. EVOO
1 Tbsp. White Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
– finger pinch Kosher Salt
– finger pinch Black Pepper
Dressing Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and
whisk, or put all ingredients into
shaker and shake it like you mean it!
Salad Ingredients:
6 cups Spring Mix Lettuce Leaves
2 Bosc Pears, thinly sliced
1/3 cup Pomegranate Seeds
1/4 cup Toasted Walnut pieces
2 oz. Crumbled Goat Cheese
1 Rotisserie Chicken, all meat and skin
removed (about 4 cups)
